Prima facie, NA deputy speaker’s ruling violates Article 95 on the Constitution, remarks CJP Bandial

ISLAMABAD:  Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial on Thursday stated that they would decide the case involving the National Assembly deputy spear’s ruling to block the vote of no-confidence against Prime Minister Imran Khan today.

CJP Bandial made the remarks as the SC continued hearing for a fifth consecutive day today on the “unconstitutional” act by the NA deputy speaker to block the vote of no-confidence against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
